Longim possess a very diverse range of precision machining capabilities to have the ability to optimally design a process to meet many different application requirements. Components processing can range from simple single step processing to complex multi-step processing that can included multiple turning and grinding steps, heat treating, coating, and cleaning. Process design depends on tolerances, material selection, and other application specific requirements that are unique to each application.

Longim vast manufacturing experience we are effective with DFMA activities to optimize design and cost especially when started early a customized products development. We are well practiced at adding new processing technology and equipment when required to optimally manufacture the most complex parts.

Injection molding is a forming process using molds. Materials such as synthetic resins (plastics) are heated and melted, and then sent to the mold where they are cooled to form the designed shape. Due to the resemblance to the process of injecting fluids using a syringe, this process is called injection molding. The flow of the process is as follows: Materials are melted and poured into the mold, where they harden, and then the products are taken out and finished.

With injection molding, diversely shaped parts, including those with complex shapes, can be continuously and quickly manufactured in large volumes. Therefore, injection molding is used to manufacture commodities and products in a wide range of industries.

Sheet metal is metal formed into thin, flat pieces, usually by an industrial process.There are many different metals that can be made into sheet metal, such as aluminium, brass, copper, steel, tin, nickeland titanium.

Longim sheet metal fabrication is the custom design and fabrication of stainless steel, iron, aluminum, galvanized sheet and other materials. The fabrication methods include laser cutting, stamping, bending and welding. Longim provide customized sheet metal products,with high precision ,durability, and good quality.

There are several types of 3D printing techniques, including

1. Polyjet: Similar to normal inkjet printing.

2. Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM): Well-known and widely used.

3. Stereolithography (SLA): Uses liquid resinand UV light.

4. Selective Laser Sintering (SLS): Uses laser to sinter powderedmaterial.

5. Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS): For metal parts.
